Social Listening

 Social listening is a detailed analysis of our audience, what they care about, and where they discuss such things.

As we need to take care of our health and build up our immunity system to prevent illness, also social listening keeps our brand aware of the bigger picture. Social listening helps us to build up our business or products or services. If I have many followers on Facebook. I have to post as my followers want to read. Also need to focus on my content and impression of my followers. I have to handle technically all positive and negative impressions of my followers. That's why I need to create connections with my followers and go thorough as their statement and keep trying to interact with them. We also need to identify influencers but need to be sure they're helping keep the conversation positive.


Most of the marketer use social sides to learn what their customers like and to find ways to improve on they don't dislike.


Social listening helped to create a good platform for business. By identifying consumer wishes on social and use sentiment to assess value. By creating a poll we can know from our audience about new products before launching, they will be happy to tell what they think?


Social listening is important for alerting to potential problems, social listening to avoid, or can take a perfect decision to solve problems. Because if I know better my audience  I able to serve them better.
